Pay No Mortgage Payments for Three Months on Atlanta New Homes

Skip 3 ProgramWith Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods’ Academy Mortgage Skip 3 program, homebuyers that close on Atlanta new homes by Oct. 30 do not have to pay mortgage payments for three months. The seller pays the first three months of interest, taxes, insurance and monthly mortgage payments.

“We decided to partner with Academy Mortgage because they are committed to their customers and offer great customer service,” stated Sam Bass, vice president of sales and marketing at Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods. “We hope that our homebuyers enjoy their experience with Academy Mortgage and the peace of mind that comes with having no mortgage payments for a few months when they move into their new homes.”

Homebuyers that sign-up for the program still pay the first three months of principle at time of closing along with their down payment of 3.5% and any remaining costs.

The Skip 3 program can be applied on any Acadia full-priced home but cannot be combined with any other promotion.

Started by three Atlanta-based real estate/building veterans with over 50 combined years of experience, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods hopes to re-invent and re-energize this great city and its great communities that were the victims of the worst housing downturn this country has ever seen. Acadia strives to focus on not only the homes that it builds, but also the families that make up the neighborhoods. By presenting homebuyers a wide variety of styles of homes throughout the metro-Atlanta area, Acadia seeks to inspire homebuyers to once again pursue the American Dream of living in a new home community.
