Brock Built’s Atlanta New Homes Win Prestigious Awards

award-winning Atlanta new home builderThe 33rd Annual OBIE Awards, the Atlanta housing industry’s most prestigious awards, were hosted by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association on Saturday, November 2. On this night, more than 500 attendees gathered to find out who would be named the best of the best in the Atlanta real estate market, and unsurprisingly, Atlanta home builder Brock Built earned several accolades.

In the building category, Brock Built won three awards for their Atlanta new home designs. They won gold in the detached (builds 50+ homes/year) $575,000 to $649,999 category for the Mill Creek home at Idlewilde in East Cobb, gold in the detached (builds 50+ homes/year) $290,000 to $349,999 category for the Atlantic III home design at Dupont Commons in west Midtown and silver in the detached (builds 50+ homes/year) $350,000 to $424,999 category for the Barrett plan at Cloverhurst in Kennesaw.

The Atlanta home builder was also recognized for their video marketing efforts with a gold award in the best video/DVD category for their short informational video geared towards potential buyers of their new homes in Atlanta.

Finally, their biggest award of the night recognized one of their hardest working agents, Ansley Brooks, who was named the 2013 salesperson of the year. Ansley currently works with buyers and homeowners in their Dupont Commons, Glenaire and Parkview II communities, as well as represents the builder in all of their video and audio marketing promotions.

Overall, it was a great night for Brock Built, the other winning companies and the Atlanta housing industry as a whole!
