New condominium highrise in Buckhead is underway. Kairos Development Corporation has started construction on another Live Life Community, The Astoria at The Aramore, a luxury high rise consisting of 71 exclusive condominiums located within the living room of Atlanta just south of Peachtree Battle in Buckhead. Condos are priced from the $400’s, and penthouses from the $900’s.
